This website is run by PT Lindara Data Indonesia (“Lindara”, “we”). This page explains what www.lindara.id is for and how you may use it. It is not the agreement a school signs to use Halo.

1. If your school uses Halo
Your school’s use of Halo is governed by its agreement with Lindara. The agreement is the quotation your school accepts, its purchase order and any data processing terms both sides sign. Where the agreement covers a matter, it applies instead of these terms.
2. Information on this website
This website gives general information about Lindara and Halo. The examples use AI-generated people and do not show how the current Halo application performs.
Halo does not guarantee anonymity. Each school remains responsible for its permissions, for reviewing every result and for deciding whether and where a photo is published.
3. Using this website
We ask everyone to use this website lawfully and with care. Please do not try to disrupt it, access it or Halo without permission, or use it in a way that breaks the law. To protect students, please also do not send student photos through our contact channels.
4. Ownership and links
The content of this website, including the Lindara and Halo names and logos, is owned by or licensed to PT Lindara Data Indonesia. You may view and share pages for your own information. Please ask us before reusing our content for any other purpose. We link to other services, such as LinkedIn and WhatsApp, for convenience. Those services have their own terms.
5. Liability and law
We work to keep this website accurate, but its information is general and may change. As far as the law allows, Lindara is not liable for loss caused by relying on it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that Indonesian law does not allow us to limit. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
7. Language
These terms are available in English and in Bahasa Indonesia. If the two versions differ, the English version applies.
